2022-2023 Information

We are still working out the details for next year, but we can share what we currently know, and you can check back for regular updates.
  • Day:  We will hold classes on Monday starting in the Fall.

  • Location:  We have an agreement in place with Impact Fellowship Church in Gallatin to host our tutorial classes next year.  We are thankful for the upgrade in space and look forward to using the space to kick off our elementary enrichment program!

  • Elementary Enrichment:  We are planning to add elementary classes for next year!  This will be contingent on enrollment.  We need a minimum of 5 students in each class.  Please see our Elementary Enrichment page for more details.

  • Sports Teams:  It is our goal to offer girls volleyball and boys basketball.  We will start with middle school and junior varsity teams.  If there is enough interest, then we will also add varsity teams.  It is also possible that we will be able to add a coed soccer team if there is sufficient interest.  In order to qualify to play on the teams, a student must be actively enrolled in at least 1 class at APEX.  This can be a virtual class.

  • Virtual Option:  All math classes as well as some other classes (to be determined) will be offered virtually.  Students will join virtual classrooms and get all the same perks as in-person students.

  • Pricing Freeze:  With everything else going up, we know parents can use a break anywhere they can get it, so we have decided to freeze our tuition and registration rates for the upcoming school year.
